The Assembly Government does not prescribe how groups of schools should monitor progress with their 2009-2010 RAISE initiatives. This pro forma was produced at the request of the North Consortium to provide a template for checking on progress, each term, against specified outcomes or objectives. It is not mandatory and may be amendment by schools to suit their purposes.
